We offer you menus of choice from Sunday to Friday. Get spoiled with a gala dinner once a week and enjoy the get-together during an aperitif or a little wine tasting on Sundays.

..results in unique culinary highlights that are prepared and served with passion and love. We love using local products to create balanced and healthy dishes. We also cut our own path in the cuisine with a combination of new and traditional.
We use meat specialities that are carefully produced by the farmers of the Sciliar region with much love for quality. Herbs and spices from the garden at the foot of the Sciliar top our culinary creations off and put the finishing touches on them. If possible (dependent of the season), we us local fruit and vegetables to prepare tasty salads, side dishes or jams.

We are pleased to fulfil the individual menu wishes of our guests, be it vegetarian, vegan, paleo diet, raw food diet or different food intolerances. Relax in a pleasant candle light atmosphere and enjoy selected wines from our wine cellar.
